2018 MotoGP grid completed as Xavier Simeon joins Avintia Ducati
The final piece of the puzzle has been placed as far as the 2018 MotoGP grid goes. Avintia Ducati has announced Xavier Simeon as their second rider, partnering Tito Rabat. Which means that the final open slot for the 2018 grid has, at long last, been filled.

The Belgian rider has signed a two-year deal with the team. He has one Moto2 win to his name, of 124 starts. With a best finishing position of seventh in the championship.
