2018 World Rally Championship calendar announced
The 2018 World Rally Championship calendar has been announced, after the FIA's World Motor Sport Council meeting in Paris. While there have been no all-new events announced, there are some changes. The most significant of which is the fact that the Rajd Polski, or the Rally of Poland, has been dropped from the calendar. Replacing it, is Turkey, which makes a return to the WRC after eight long years. Of course, Turkey will only actually make it to the calendar after analysis of a candidate rally which will be held soon.
