2019 Ford Aspire launched with CNG variant in India for Rs 6.27 lakh
Ford India updated the Aspire with a CNG option. The bi-fuel option will be offered only in the Ambiente and Trend Plus trims at a price of Rs 6,27,414 and Rs 7,12,314 ex-showroom pan - India respectively. The Ford Aspire will come equipped with a sequential CNG kit from the factory with a suspension type cylinder fitment. The CNG variant uses the same petrol powered three-cylinder engine which produces 96PS at 6500rpm and 120Nm of torque at 4250rpm.
The car is also equipped with features such as satellite navigation, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity, rear-view camera, remote central locking, automatic air-conditioner and power windows. The subcompact sedan also has front dual air-bags as standard.
FORD ASPIRE CNG
The manufacturer is also offering a warranty of two years /one lakh kilometre, however, the car has to be periodically serviced after every 10,000 kilometres and the CNG kits would require service after every 20,000 kilometres mark. The company claimed service cost for the new car is Rs 0.46/km which translates to, Rs 9,200 per service.
