2020 Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift: Variants explained

Maruti Suzuki recently launched the facelifted Maruti Suzuki Dzire  in India. The sub-four-metre sedan sees certain styling changes but more imortantly, it can be had with a single BSVI-compliant petrol engine option.

This is the 1.2-litre K-Series Dualjet four-cylinder motor that debuted in the Baleno. It makes 90PS and 113 Nm but loses the mild-hybrid tech from the hatchback for a simpler idle start-stop function. This engine can be apired with either a five-speed manual or an AMT. Fuel efficiency figures for the manual and AMT are 23.26 kmpl and 24.12 kmpl respectively
