Coronavirus impact: Jeep India offers online bookings

Jeep India has announced online bookings for its products and they will deliver fully sanitised vehicles at your doorstep. The service is available on the Jeep India official website. The online facility allows the customer to choose a Jeep of their choice along with the engine, gear option, colour, model and variant. After selecting the vehicle, the site further asks you to fill your personal bank or credit/debit card details and location to make a wire transaction of the booking amount.

Once this is completed, a customer ID is generated that is shared with your closest dealer network and an executive will contact the customer regarding queries about the car and other procedures, a test drive will also be provided of a fully sanitised vehicle at your doorstep. The customer can make the full payment through the online service portal and the company will deliver the car at your doorstep. This initiative has been taken after considering the post lockdown scenario. The company is also giving out special benefits to customers who will book their vehicles online, this will promote the initiative and bring traffic to the website as well. The Coronavirus pandemic has struck a devastating blow to all forms of trade and business and it will continue to be an obstacle for quite some time.  Manufacturers like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ducati, Honda and Volkswagen have already launched similar online services to ensure the safety of customers and the employees.
