HARMAN launches online information platform
Audio and infotainment company HARMAN has launched its new Innovation Hub, the industry's first online information platform where customers, partners and other stakeholders can learn about Harman's innovations.
The site features a variety of multimedia content such as articles, interviews, videos, infographics and white papers on key technologies of infotainment, branded audio, connectivity, cloud services, user experience and much more.
A company press release said that with technologies evolving faster than before, there is a need for a platform that can act as an easily accessible, one-stop source for insights into the new trends and developments shaping these areas in the auto industry and beyond.
The new HARMAN Innovation Hub invites active participation from visitors and serves as a forum where engineers, analysts and other specialists can enter into a dialog about trends and opportunities in the field of infotainment and connectivity.
The Hub currently features the latest industry topics like connected in-car safety and entertainment, how automakers can future-proof their cars for the Internet of tomorrow with advanced automotive-grade cloud platforms or how Electric Sound Synthesis (ESS) is helping soundscape otherwise silent electric cars.
The HARMAN Innovation Hub is accessible for free and no registration is required. The Hub offers content in several languages, including Chinese and Russian, with more languages and content selection options planned over time. Visitors are also able to filter the content to focus on a specific region of the globe.
