Hyundai Aura India launch: Prices, specs and features in detail

Hyundai Motor India launched the Aura and prices start from Rs 5.79 lakh comes packed with features. The Aura comes in 1.2 litre BSVI ECOTORQ diesel engine, Kappa 1.0 litre BSVI Turbo GDI Petrol and 1.2 litre MPI BSVI Petrol.

 The BSVI Kappa 1.0 Litre Turbo GDI engine is developed by Hyundai Motor Group's R and D division which is compliant with emission norms under BSVI fuel guidelines. The BSVI 1.0 l Kappa T-GDI petrol engine has a layout by integrating the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head to improve the fuel efficiency at higher rpm ranges.  It comes with 250 bar high pressure, laser processing injector to enhance fuel efficiency.

The ECOTORQ Diesel BSVI Engine is powerful as well as cleaner and greener. It consists of 2000 bar Fuel Injection System that allows better combustion and fuel efficiency. The crankshaft bearing with optimized thickness reduce friction which allows excellent driving even in city conditions and enhances engine life. The company says that the transmission has been subjected to rigorous durability tests for ensuring high gear strength with better clutch friction materials to offer the best performance at high speeds, off-road, hillsides and harsh climatic conditions. The Aura comes with Smart Auto AMT which is easy to use and uses in-house Hyundai technology electric actuator which enables smooth shifting of gears.

The Aura also gets the same three warranty choices as the Nios. These cover your car for either three years/ 1,00,000 km, four years/50,000 km or five years/40,000 km.
