Porsche has just launched the 2017 Panamera Turbo in India at Rs 1.93 crore. It is available in three variants - the standard Panamera Turbo, which we drove earlier this year, the Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo and the Panamera Turbo Executive. While the first two look similar, the Panamera Turbo Executive is taller and longer. The Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo is like the shooting-brake version of the standard car. They all run a 3,996cc, twin-turbo, V8 engine which produces 550PS of power and 770Nm of torque, and get a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
Here's a detailed look at all the cars through images:
The 2017 Porsche Turbo gets a complete design revamp
The rear sees a significant change for the better in the new Panamera Turbo
The attention to detail inside is spot-on! It gets a very large touchscreen that handles all functions like drive modes, navigation and climate control
The rear passengers aren't left out. They get a touchscreen too which gives them info on climate control settings and navigation
The Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo gets a shooting-brake like design which translates to more boot space
The Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo loses the coupe-like design of the standard Panamera Turbo
The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 produces 550PS and 770Nm of torque. That's 30PS and 70Nm more than the previous-gen car made
The Porsche Panamera Turbo Executive is longer and taller than the standard car. But it does get the same, uber-cool self-deploying spoiler
The Panamera Turbo Executive gets more kneeroom than the standard car and gets a couple of more features too like the display unit on the back of the front seats
