Live updates: Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 India launch
The Suzuki Gixxer SF250 is launching shortly! The bike is a strategic product for Suzuki, considering that it marks Suzuki's return to the hugely popular quarter-litre space. While the bike is yet to be showcased officially, images and the brochure of the Gixxer SF250 have been leaked already, providing enough and more information about the fully-faired sportsbike. It's interesting to note how Suzuki has gone in for a sportier approach for the 250, than it did with the smaller, 150cc Gixxer SF a few years ago.

That said, the Gixxer SF250 isn't the only motorcycle Suzuki is launching today. the manufacturer will also be rolling out a heavily updated version of the Gixxer SF today. Here are all the updates from the launch event that our Road Test Editor Abhay Verma is attending

2015 is the year when Suzuki started its own one-make racing championship in India and the brand is hoping to grow its motorsport program in India further.
The engine powering the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 is an all-new single-cylinder engine developed by the brand and employs its new oil-cooling system called the SOCS or Suzuki Oil Cooling System. No water-cooling, but high efficiency without the additional weight.
