MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR, America and Pirelli series of motorcycles launched in India

MV Agusta launched three motorcycles in India - Dragster 800 RR, Dragster 800 RR America and the Dragster 800 RR Pirelli. Which on the first look will remind you of the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR.

The MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR is priced at Rs 18.73 lakh ex-showroom India. It gets a styling similar to the Dragster range of motorcycle from the manufacturer. The headlamp gets an integrated light guide and the taillamp is a single unit. The motorcycle is available in two paint schemes - Ice pear white with matte grey and nardo grey with matte grey.

The Dragster 800 RR America gets the same colour scheme of the Brutale 800 RR America. It gets mica blue as the base colour, however, gets different decals and sports spoke wire wheels. MV Agusta has also priced the Dragster 800 RR America at Rs 18.73 lakh ex-showroom India.

MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR Pirelli

The flagship of the range, Dragster 800 RR Pirelli gets the tank and fairing made in rubber formulated by Pirelli's research and development team. The material has a high tolerance to scratches and any damages caused on the surface due to rubbing. The motorcycle can be had in matte black and Pirelli yellow and ice pear and American blue for an ex-showroom price of Rs 21.50 lakh.

All three motorcycles are powered by the same 798cc liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine that is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch along with a two-way quick shifter. Power figures are 141PS produces at 13,100rpm and 87Nm of torque at 10,100rpm. Other hardware includes 43mm Marzocchi USD forks in the front and Sachs preload-adjustable shocks in the rear. For braking, the motorcycle has a 320mm twin-disc setup in the front and a 220mm disc in the rear equipped with ABS.
