New car discounts in Mumbai for first week of February

In a bid to increase sales, new car dealers tend to offer attractive deals, including cash discounts and exchange bonuses. And if you can bargain well, dealers will offer a bigger discount. Here's a round-up of the current deals being offered by new car showrooms in Mumbai.

Datsun

On the Go and Go+ models, Datsun dealers are offering a cash discount of Rs 5,000 along with free first-year insurance.

Maruti Suzuki

On the Alto 800, Maruti dealers are offering a total benefit of Rs 40,000 which includes a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. On the Alto 800 CNG version, a slightly higher cash discount of Rs 25,000 is being offered. On the Alto K10, buyers are being offered a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. On the AMT version, a higher Rs 25,000 cash discount is being offered.

The Wagon R is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 25,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. Maruti showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 on the Swift. On the Swift Dzire, a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 are being offered. On the Dzire Tour version, a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000.

The Celerio is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000. On the Ertiga MPV petrol, a total benefit of Rs 20,000 is being offered. This includes a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000. In comparison, the Ertiga diesel is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. The Maruti Ciaz is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 40,000.

Nissan

On the Micra, Sunny and Terrano models, Nissan showrooms are offering first-year insurance for free along with extended third- and fourth-year warranty (worth around Rs 6,000-11,000) for free.

Skoda

On the Rapid, Skoda dealers are offering a cash discount of Rs 20,000. On the Skoda Octavia, showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 40,000. The Skoda Superb is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 30,000.

Tata

On the Nano, Tata showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. To lure buyers, the Tata Bolt is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000.

The Tata Zest is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. The Safari Storme is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000.
