Nissan India begins exporting the Magnite to Nepal, South Africa and Indonesia
Nissan Magnite was a runaway success in the Indian market thanks to its fantastic pricing and great packaging. Nissan Magnite was a 'make in India, make for the world' project and now the brand has started exporting the Magnite to various international markets like Nepal, South Africa and Indonesia. Nissan India has produced over 15,010 units of the Magnite till the end of May 2021, out of which 1,220 units are for the export markets.
Nissan Magnite has garnered over 760+ bookings in the Nepalese market that has an average monthly car sales of 1,580 units. Nissan India has started the third shift at its manufacturing facility in Chennai. To ramp up the production, Nissan India also hired 1,000 fresh employees to meet the domestic and global demand for the Magnite. Nissan Magnite had garnered over 50,000 bookings in India till April 2021 and Nissan is trying to reduce the waiting period for the Magnite that is over six months for select variants.
