Nissan has announced that the benefits of the cut in vehicle excise duty will be entirely passed onto the customer and they have reduced the prices across its lineup with immediate effect.
The price reduction will apply to Micra Active, Micra, Sunny, Evalia, Terrano and Teana, and will be in a range of 46 per cent.

Announcing the new prices, Kenichiro Yomura, president, Nissan India Operations said, "The reduction in excise duty is a welcome move towards revival of the Indian automobile industry. We at Nissan are happy to pass 100% of the tax benefits to our customers. We are confident this will make our products more accessible and drive growth across the range."
