Customer satisfaction being the core focus of Benelli India, the Italian superbike maker has ensured that owning a Benelli should be the least of a customer's worries, in these testing times of fighting the spread of COVID-19.

To ensure that customer experience isn't hindered by the lockdown period, the expiry period for all the after-sales service benefits that haven't expired before 22nd March 2020, have been increased to the same amount of days that India is in lockdown.

These services include –

· All service schedules

· Standard Warranty

· Extended Warranty

· Annual Maintenance Contract

· Road Side Assistance

The support has been extended to promote social distancing and to avoid the rush that may occur on restarting operations at the dealership level.

About Benelli

Pure passion since 1911. Benelli is this and lots more: heritage, emotion and innovation become legendary throughout more than 100 years of groundbreaking models, advanced technology, victories and world-renowned riders. In 2005, Benelli became a part of QJIAN JIANG (QJ) group, China. The production capacity reaches 12,00,000 vehicles per year, with about 14,000 employees. Benelli as a global player has established itself across 70 countries and growing stronger.

Further strengthening Benelli Q.J's position in the global market is Geely's recent $166 million investment in parent company QJ, giving it 29.77% ownership of QJ's equity. This makes Qjian Jiang, China's second-largest motorcycle manufacturer.
