Skoda Rapid TSI and Superb now available on lease, starting from Rs 22,580/month
Skoda India has launched a new leasing program for the Skoda Rapid TSI and the Skoda Superb. Under this 'Clever Lease' program, the Skoda sedans will be available with a monthly rental starting from Rs 22,580 per month.
Under this initiative, cars can be available as a plain, dry or wet lease for 24, 36, 48, and 60-month durations. For users of these cars, there are customized services, subscription-based payment models and zero down payment. In the first phase, this leasing option will be available to customers in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. A wider nationwide roll-out will happen after in the next phase of the Skoda-VW India 2.0 plan.
The Skoda 'Clever Lease' program is open to retail and corporate customers like salaried individuals, working professionals, small and medium business enterprises, corporate entities, and public sector units/undertakings. Included in the lease rental are road tax, insurance, breakdown assistance, accidental repairs, end to end maintenance, scheduled tyre and battery changes, and a replacement vehicle.
This leasing option is the newest in s string of sales and service initiatives from the Skoda India as it plans its big model offensive for next year. The company has already introduced a slew of maintenance and service packages and also entered the used-car market over the last few months. This seems to be in preparation for the new Octavia and Kodiaq set to launch early next year, followed by the production version of the Vision IN.
