Tata Tiago iCNG Vs Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG - Design and Style
The Tata Tiago now has projector headlights, LED DRLs and chrome accents on the outside. The Pearlescent White paint option will be replaced with Opal White, and the car will be available in a new Midnight Plum colour. The Tata Tiago does look the sportier of the two due to its much more sleek and minimalist design. The Maruti Suzuki Celerio is a sub-four-metre hatchback with a high roof design. Most notable is the heavy chrome running across the grille and the chunky detailing in the bumper. The rear again carries forward this soft-edged look with the compact taillamps and rounded boot lid.

A 7-inch touchscreen with Android Auto/Apple Carplay, semi-digital instrument cluster, 15-inch alloy wheels, push-button start, steering-mounted controls, 60:40 split back seats, and motorised mirror adjustment are among the significant features of the Celerio. The Maruti Suzuki Celerio comes with all of the government-mandated safety measures, as well as hill-start assist. In addition, the redesigned construction increases stiffness and collision safety.

The Tata Tiago iCNG and the Tigor iCNG cars are powered by a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated three-cylinder motor that makes 73PS and 95 Nm and pairs with a five-speed manual. A 1.0-litre three-cylinder K10C petrol engine with 66PS and 89Nm of torque powers the new Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG. The model generates 56PS and 82Nm of torque in CNG mode. This engine is only available with a five-speed manual gearbox.
Tata Tiago iCNG Vs Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG - Prices
The Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG starts at Rs 6.58 lakhs while the Tata Tiago iCNG starts at Rs 6.09 lakhs and a top of the line XZ+ trim will cost Rs 7.52 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
