Sunroof-equipped Tata Harrier XT+ variant launched, priced at Rs 16.99 lakh
Tata Motors has now launched a new mid-spec variant of the Tata Harrier equipped with the panoramic sunroof that was so far equipped with the top-spec versions. Called the Tata Harrier XT+, this new version carries an introductory price of Rs 16.99 lakh, ex-showroom. This price is valid for all customers who book the Harrier XT+ in September 2020 and take delivery by 31st December 2020. Prices will be hiked in October.
Aside from the panoramic sunroof, this XT+ variant of the Harrier also comes with projector headlamps, LED DRLs, 17-inch alloy wheels, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with eight speakers and Android Auto/Apple Carplay, push-button start, auto climate control, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers and foglamps. Safety tech includes dual-airbags and rear parking camera.
Tata Motors had introduced a range of new updates for the Harrier with its BSVI update in at the 2020 Auto Expo. The panoramic sunroof was one such update. Also introduced was the more powerful iteration of the 2.0-litre Multijet diesel engine making 170PS and 350 Nm. The XT+ version, however, cannot be had with the six-speed automatic also introduced with this. The six-speed manual is the only gearbox option. The automatic only comes with the XMA, XZA and the XZA+ trims. Other updates introduced with the BSVI version were the new shade of red, dual-tone alloy wheels, reprofiled outer mirrors and different placement for the USB and aux ports.
