Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 made a debut for the ex-showroom price of Rs 1.70 lakh. Following the family trait, it is obvious the naked version of the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 will be launched soon. The naked motorcycle is expected to be launched by September 2019, with a sticker price Rs 25,000 lower than its fully faired sibling.

The Suzuki Gixxer 250 will lose out on the fully faired design and will sport minimum panels for a naked motorcycle's styling. The naked bike will sport a handlebar setup in contrast to the clip-on setup we see on the Gixxer SF 250. Also, the power source will be the same 250cc oil-cooled single-cylinder that offers 26.5PS (produced at 9,000rpm) and 22.6Nm (produced at 7,500rpm). The engine will come mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Also, the kerb weight of the Gixxer 250 will be less. The Gixxer 250 could also get a list of accessories, similar to the ones seen on the Gixxer SF 250 and the Suzuki Gixxer SF 155.

At an expected Rs 1.45 lakh suspension the Suzuki Gixxer 250 will rival the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, Yamaha FZ-25, Bajaj Dominor and KTM 250 Duke.
