Wheelie Boy Adventures (I) Ltd recently organized a Ride for Safety Rally on 4th December 2011. The central theme behind the ride was to promote the use of helmets and other safety gear while riding a bike. Vijay Jain, the man behind this rally, addressed the congregation of riders by saying," We would be really pleased to see the Bollywood actors wear helmets in their reel and real life, because youth look upto them as their role models."
There were more than 150 bikes in the rally, irrespective of their displacement capacity, riding from Haji Ali to Bandra Bandstand. Adding some metal to the glitterati were rider groups coming from as far as New Delhi, Pune and Navsari.
