Toyota open second TES outlet in India at Bangalore

Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) has launched its first Express Service (TES) at Bangalore and the second in the country after  Delhi. The company is planning to open more centres based on this format in the near future.

The Bangalore outlet is located within close proximity of a Toyota dealership and thus will always have availability of parts and other components when needed. The facility will be based on the EM60 concept which allows for better efficiency in operation and ensure that the vehicles are serviced in the quickest time possible without any concessions in quality.

The TES outlet at Bangalore is spread over a 10,000 sq.ft area. The centre will have a total of four express maintenance bays with a capacity to service 45 units in a day. There is also an Eco Washing technology which will be used to wash the cars post service. The Eco wash system cleans the vehicle without the use of water stream, rather it makes use of an eco-friendly chemical solution which is applied to the vehicle and Toyota claims that this process gives a better glazed finish than the conventional wash system. The charges for this chemical are borne by the dealership and is not charged to the customers.

Ltd. today launched its first ever Toyota Express Service (TES) outlet in the Southern India in Bangalore with the inauguration of Ravindu Toyota Express Service outlet. TES is designed to offer the renowned Toyota standard of high quality service to its customers in a very short time. TES would exclusively accommodate the well known EM60 concept which has been appreciated by the customers all over India. With the help of sophisticated equipment, perfect ergonomy, synchronizing processes and eliminating stagnation amidst them Toyota has managed to reduce the turn around time of servicing a Toyota vehicle with the Express Maintenance concept without any compromising on the quality. The concept of TES was conceived keeping in mind the customer's needs so that the customer can spend quality time relaxing at the facility while the vehicle gets serviced, thus duly valuing the precious time of the customer. The new Toyota Express Service outlet is conveniently located within very close proximity to a full fledged Toyota dealership which supports the TES with parts and other paraphernalia as required. Toyota has also introduced Eco Washing technology at TES to clean the vehicle body.
