Unveiled - 2013 Moto Guzzi California
We might think the California is an oddball when it comes to Moto Guzzi but the praise for this Galuzzi-designed tourer has been constant and effusive. It is, no doubt, a good looking motorcycle and its fuel-injected 1380cc eight-valve transverse-mounted V-twin has been tuned for torquey, smooth power delivery. It also gets a by-wire throttle, three riding modes and three-stage traction control. That's 96PS of fun, then. The frame is also all-new, a steel double cradle. The Guzzi brand has supposedly been in need of a bit of a resurrection, but if the California is any indicator, it's already on the right track.
