Watch: Apollo Vredestein ad film wins Gold at Cannes
Apollo Vredestein, a subsidiary of Apollo Tyres Ltd, has won the Gold Award in the Marketing Communication category for its 'Ultrac Vorti' movie at the 4th Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2013 announced in France. This product movie was produced by Filmenzo (now called Sounds Like Film), a Dutch film production company, and directed by Rogier Gerritsen.
Apollo Vredestein wins Gold at Cannes
The Ultrac Vorti product introduction film is based on a concept of a music video. Shot with a Google 360 degree camera, it also has an exclusively composed music. The creative idea and execution was a joint effort by Artin Advertising, Sounds like Film, Little Chicken and DPDK.
"The Gold award for the product introduction movie vindicates our creative and storytelling approach, which is in line with our communications strategy. Definitely, this is a matter of great pride for the entire team at Apollo, and I look forward to more such awards for Apollo in the future," said Marco Paracciani, chief marketing officer, Apollo Tyres Ltd.
