Skoda will be today shortly launching the updated Rapid in India and with a new diesel engine and DSG gearbox. However, unlike the Vento, there will not be a TSI engine. We have driven the new Rapid and found the 'Black Package' very alluring. Expect the Rapid to undercut the price of the new Vento by a significant margin.
