2012 Intermot Show: Honda motorcycles
Honda showcased a range of motorcycles at the 2012 International Motorcycle, Scooter and Bike Fair in Cologne, Germany.
Honda CRF450 Rally: The CRF450 rally motorcycle is built on the CRF450x enduro racing model and which will compete in the 2013 Dakar Rally was unveiled to the public for the first time. Honda aims to debut this motorcycle at the Morocco Rally on October 14. This exercise is being done to gather data and pinpoint any operational issues under actual race conditions. The CRF450 Rally has the company's PGM-FI technology and this is the first time that Honda will race a production-based motorcycle in a rally.
NSC50R - Aimed at attracting learner motorcyclists, the NSC50R is a 50cc scooter which is available with Honda's Combi Braking system and in Repsol MotoGP livery.
CB1100: A retro design mixed with modern engineering is what the CB1100 promises. It is powered by a 4-cylinder, air-cooled engine which should produce around 88PS.
Special Edition Crosstourer: The Special Edition Crosstourer 2012 gets a matt black look with new graphics and Honda's Dual Clutch Transmission as an option.
CBR1000RR: The 2013 Fireblade gets another version of the tricolore scheme as also a MotoGP Repsol Honda colour.
CB600F and CB1000R: Honda's Attesa factory will be rolling out matt white versions of the Hornet and CB1000R.
