Audi launches A4 Celebration Edition in India at Rs 25.99 lakh
After Mercedes, it is Audi's turn to launch a celebration edition of its best seller in India, the A4. However, unlike the premium Mercedes C Edition, Audi's way of celebrating is to introduce a cut price A4, one devoid of some frills which the regular one has. The features omitted include the glass sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, powered mirrors, wood trims on dashboard, powered co-driver's seat, front parking senor and rear view camera. The Celebration Edition though still comes with 16-inch alloys, eight airbags, daytime running lamps, Bi-Xenon headlamps, Bluetooth-enabled music system and rear parking sensors. The Celebration Edition is available only with the 140PS 2.0TDI version of the diesel. The recently launched 177PS diesel is sold as a premium package with features such as Audi Drive Select and we don't see Audi selling a stripped down version of the same.

Audi will be selling 500 limited units of the A4 Celebration Edition. The A4 Celebration Edition is priced at Rs 25.99 lakh ex-showroom, pan-India. This price is a drop from the Rs 31.74 lakh that the base A4 diesel commands ex-Mumbai.
