FCA India to offer car leasing service with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Limited

FCA India, the group that offers Fiat and Jeep vehicles in India, has joined hands with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Limited (OAIS) to offer leasing solutions of its entire range in the country. The company would be starting the leasing operation in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune. We believe other cities will be added in due course of time. FCA believes leasing solutions for automobiles has been limited to corporations' and businesses' executive needs. However, with changing customer preferences, the leasing industry is changing and growing tremendously.

"This innovative partnership will enable customers to lease the award-winning Jeep Compass without having to pay for the vehicle outright and enjoy the cash flow benefits. The leasing program will cover numerous topics like road tax payments, insurance and renewals, breakdown assistance, accident repairs, end-to-end maintenance and the pay-as-per-use model for a period of two to five years. "We are proud to partner with FCA India. Interestingly, earlier this year, Skoda made the same announcement with Orix to offer a range of leasing services, that will be offered on Skoda cars and SUVs, through OAIS's existing business network and Skoda India dealers. The monthly lease rental for Skoda models will start at Rs 19,856 and cater to retail and corporate customers across segments i.e salaried individuals, working professionals, small and medium business enterprises, corporate entities and public sector units.
