The racers competed at the JK Tyre-MMS Kartainment Track in Hyderabad and the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore that is also the fastest karting track in India.

The upcoming racing talent as well as experienced karting racers in the country took part in this championship. In the Micro Max category, Pradyumna Vipul Danigund of Mohite’s Racing proved that he is a rising star and clinched the championship title. The young lad was honoured by the FMSCI for his performance.

The Junior Max championship saw some tough battles throughout the season but in the end it was yet another racer from Kolhapur’s Mohite’s Racing, Krishnaraj Mahadik, who went on to clinch the championship and as a result make it to the top honours at the FMSCI awards. The last category, Senior Max consisted of races that will be remembered for some really close battles. Meco Motorsport’s Vishnu Prasad won the championship.

The Chennai racer even won the inaugural season of the JK Tyre Racing India Series where he raced the FB02 open wheel race car. The racer has proved that he is one of the best racers in the country today and we hope to see him race in F3 soon. In fact, his championship victory in the JK Tyre Racing India Series sees him win a Formula 3 test as part of his prize.
