We are right now in Coorg getting acquainted with the third-generation Skoda Superb. Skoda India has recently launched it at Rs 22.68 lakh, ex-showroom Mumbai. The all-new Skoda Superb is available in Style and L&K trims. There are two engine options and three transmission options being offered to buyers. Along with the Octavia, the new Superb is also built on the highly versatile MQB platform.
Like its previous generations, the new Superb comes equipped with a host of safety and convenience features that are expected from a car of this segment. It gets eight air bags as standard and two umbrellas that sit neatly in the front doors.

The 2.0 TDI is mated to a 6-speed DSG. Shifts are smooth and seamless
Instrumentation is clear and easy on the eye. Centre colour display is standard on L&K trim
The L&K trim gets Canton audio which offers clear sound quality
Sunroof is offered standard on all Skoda Superb variants
Keyless entry and ignition is similar to the previous Superb
Lots of storage inside. Bottle and cup holder get an anti slip coating in the centre which makes it easy to open them using one hand
