Hero has unveiled its first all-new global product, the 2017 Glamour, in an event in Argentina. While the 125cc motorcycle will make its way to the Indian market in two months from now, it is expected to go on sale soon in Latin American markets. It will be christened as the Ignitor in these markets while the Glamour nameplate will continue in the Indian market space. Hero says that the motorcycle is an all-new vehicle.

There is a new face with an always on headlamp feature, sleeker and longer side panels, LED tail lamp, new alloy wheels and end pipe. The engine is all-new too and replaces the earlier 125cc sloper motor with a BS-IV compliant vertical unit. Power is now 11.5PS (around 27 per cent higher) while torque is 11Nm. Like the previous Glamour, even the new motorcycle will come in fuel injected as well as carburetted versions. Hero says that the carburetted Glamour will do the 0-60kmph in less than 6 seconds, while the Fi shaves off the time by 0.5s, the fastest in the segment. The motorcycles now deliver a fuel efficiency of 58kmpl and 60kmpl respectively, according to Hero's claims. Here is a look at the images of the new Hero Glamour.
