Lamborghini Urus accidentally revealed before Dec 4 debut

Earlier this year, we broke the news that the production-spec Lamborghini Urus was set to be unveiled on December 4, 2017. That date is now confirmed officially, thanks to the drip-feed of information that Lamborghini has set in motion with a slew of teaser videos (embedded below). One of the videos that went online yesterday though, accidentally showed of the production form of the Lamborghini Urus while flaunting the various driving modes that the super-SUV will offer. Though the glimpse of the Urus' production form comes courtesy of blurry imagery, fans can conclude that final design is closer in detail to that of the Centanario - unlike the Aventador inspired form that the concept car showed off a few years back. As expected, the video has been taken down already but the fast fingers on the internet have grabbed the frame that reveals the production ready Urus.

For those living under a rock, the Lamborghini Urus is an upcoming super-SUV from the Italian marquee. Spiritual successor to the LM002 - Lamborghini's maiden attempt at the SUV genre back in the late 80s - the Urus shares the platform of its corporate siblings, the Porsche Cayenne and the Bentley Bentayga. The chiseled bonnet revealed in the teaser hides a twin-turbo V8 underneath which is expected to churn out over 650PS of power and 810Nm of torque. All the oily details will be confirmed on December 4, when Lamborghini officially reveals the Urus at a special event in Sant'Agata Bolognese.
