Live updates: 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler and Street Twin launch in India
Launched in 2015, the Triumph Street Twin was the British bike maker's attempt to make its Bonneville family of retro-classic motorcycles more youthful. The Street Twin has sold in large numbers since, and is currently the highest-selling Bonneville globally. The Street Scrambler on the other hand has turned out to be an interesting addition to the Bonneville family as well, with its mix of agility, light weight and some off-road ability in a package that looks very appealing. Both motorcycles received a midlife update recently and we even got a chance to ride them in Portugal where we found that the bikes are more fun, as the engines are more powerful now and the bike comes equipped with more rider aids. Both bikes are launching in India today, here's all the information from the launch event.

There will be a total of 120 accessories offered on the 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler.
Here are the colour options for the 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler. Fusion White, Cranberry Red and Khaki Green and Matt Aluminium with Jet Black coach lining.
The 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler also gets the new Brembo 4-piston Brembo front brake calliper.
Triumph India mentions the significant engine upgrade has made it 10PS more powerful along with higher peak torque. Increment of 18% and a new higher 7500rpm rev limit to deliver even more low-down and across the entire rev range
The new 2019 Triumph Street Twin will be offered in 3 colours i.e. Korosi Red, Jet Black and Matt Ironstone
Most notably the new Street Twin has an updated 900cc Bonneville engine with high torque power, a unique responsive character, and exciting soundtrack for maximum fun, claims Triumph Motorcycles.

With 16 Triumph Experience Centres across India, Triumph Motorcycles is now coming up with our 17th dealership in Guwahati, by March 2019.
Triumph has upgraded the front fork by increasing travel to 120mm, and added new Brembo four piston caliper for the front disc.
The power outputs of the 2019 Triumph Street Twin and the Street Scrambler have been increased by 18 per cent.

The Street Twin and the Street Scrambler are powered by the same liquid-cooled 900cc parallel-twin motor paired to a five-speed manual gearbox.
