Maruti Dzire petrol and diesel models record 42.1kmpl and 45.8kmpl in real world driving conditions
Close on the heels of the launch of Dzire Regal and continuing the celebrations of the Dzire's fifth anniversary, Maruti conducted real world drives for Dzire owners in Mumbai recently. More than 62 cutomers and their families took part in the 'Dzirable Mileage Rally' launch which started from Bandra and ended in Belapur, a distance of 55kms. Over the weekend, the rally will be held in more than 31 cities across India. The participants were provided with a time chart, route map and maximum mileage booklet as they drove their cars on a pre-defined route to the destination. A customer Gurdeep Singh recorded 45.8kmpl in his Dzire diesel while another customer Shrirang Chindarkar got 42.1kmpl for this petrol Dzire. The ARAI certified fuel efficiency of Swift Dzire petrol is 19.1 kmpl and Swift Dzire diesel is 23.4 kmpl.
