Porsche gives the Panamera Executive a comfort boost

Porsche is all set to raise the bar and provide its customers with a new, relaxing driving experience. The Panamera Executive models have undergone certain changes which will, while maintaining the sports car-like feel they're known for, increase the comfort levels for their passengers.

With an increase in the length, the additional 15cm added provides more legroom to the rear of the models. The eight-way powered seats recline even further, allowing a person to find the ideal sitting position. Seat heating and ventilation also add up to make the experience even better. The Executive models are equipped with comfort headrests, electric backrest adjustment, seat squab length adjustment and lumbar support.

Also included is a four-zone automatic climate control with separate temperature control for all seats, dark tinted thermal and noise insulated glass for privacy and sunlight protection. Electric roll-up sun-blinds in the rear compartment and rear-side windows are also provided.

A large centre console, a 230 volt socket, with an additional 12 volt socket and a cooling compartment are standard features for the rear. This also includes an interior lighting packaging of powerful yet energy efficient LEDs - Two reading lights in the overhead console in the rear, lights in each footwell, additional orientation lighting in the rear, and illumination for the rear door storage compartments and rear centre console storage compartment. The overhead lights in the front and rear are dimmable.

The Panamera Executive 4S packs a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine and can deliver 420PS, which enables acceleration from 0-100kmph in 4.8 seconds. It has a top speed of 286kmph. The Panamera Turbo Executive and Turbo Executive S sport 4.8-litre twin-turbo V8 engines. The former generates 520PS at 6,000rpm and a torque of 700Nm between 2,250 and 4,500rpm. It takes 4.2 seconds to accelerate from 0-100kmph and has a top speed of 305kmph. The Turbo Executive S delivers 570PS, which is 50PS more than the Turbo Executive and generates a  maximum torque of 800Nm. It can reach from 0-100kmph in 3.7 seconds and attains a speed of 200kmph in 13.2 seconds. Its top speed is 310kmph.
