Unveiled 2014 Lexus IS
Lexus' radical LF-CC concept car's design wasn't lost and now it finds a new form in the 2014 IS sedan. Ahead of its Detroit debut, Lexus has unveiled the new IS with dual beam headlamps and a snazzy grille. L-Shaped day time running lamps sit just below the headlamps and form a new design element in Lexus cars for the future.
The interiors seem to take a cue from the flagship LFA with a new central console and meter dials borrowed from the latter. Lexus claims to have increased space inside the cabin for rear seat passengers as also the luggage compartment.
So, is it coming to India? According to what Toyota confirmed last year, Lexus was supposed to set foot here early in 2013, however, Toyota is now saying that bringing the Lexus brand has been delayed.
