Video worth watching: Max Verstappen on being F1's youngest ever winner

The 2016 Spanish GP last week stayed true to the general tone of the 2016 season till now (early race crashes, et all), save for a very surprising and historic result - Max Verstappen became the youngest ever Formula 1 driver to win a race, aged 18 years, 7 months and 16 days old at the time. The previous record, held by Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, got smashed by almost three years.

This happened to be Verstappen's first race for Red Bull Racing in the RB12, following the switch with Daniil Kvyat who took his place in Scuderia Toro Rosso. What makes this feat even more amazing (and a bit amusing) is that at that age, most of the human population is just beginning to learn how to drive.

Post race, Verstappen got in front of the camera and gave us some insight into how his mind works while racing, and how the two pit-stop strategy helped him secure the win. Another event Verstappen credits his win to, is the Mercedes AMG Petronas one-two exit from the race. Give the video a watch to learn more on Verstappen's entry into the Formula 1 Hall of Fame.
