2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza spotted filming ahead of its launch
The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza was sighted fully unveiled while filming a commercial for the car. With two new SUVs in the pipeline, Maruti-Suzuki is seeking to improve its game in the SUV category and the new Vitara Brezza will be the first of these, and it will go on sale in the coming months.
The new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will receive a considerable design overhaul while maintaining the existing model's shape. The sub-4-metre SUV will also get a slew of additional features to help it compete with its rivals.
The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Maruti Brezza has an entirely new front design with a chrome grille and small dual-pod LED headlights and slim wraparound tail lamps at the back. The black cladding on the sides and dual-tone alloy wheels visible in these photos distinguish the dual-tone variant.
The upgraded K15C engine, which debuted in the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, will power the new Maruti Brezza. The new 1.5-litre petrol engine in the Ertiga is tuned for 103PS and 137Nm, and it might be available in a similar configuration in the Brezza. It'll most certainly be combined with a 12-volt mild hybrid system. The base 5-speed manual powertrain will be kept, while a new 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters will be available as an option.
The new Maruti Vitara Brezza will be more expensive than the existing SUV, starting at Rs 7.84 lakh (ex-showroom). Rivalries with the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite will be reignited.
