2023 BMW X7 launched in India, prices start from Rs 1.22 crore
BMW India has finally launched the long-awaited facelifted SUV, the 2023 BMW X7. There will be 2 variants of the flagship from BMW, the xDrive40i M Sport at Rs 1.22 crore and the X7 xDrive40d M Sport at Rs 1.24 crore.
In comparison to the traditional BMW X7 headlights, the 2023 BMW X7 has split LED headlamps that seem sleek and eye-catching. For full-size BMW cars, this dual-headlamp design concept represents a new standard. The headlights are located further down on the bumper, while the slim LED daytime running lights are located at the hood line. The trademark kidney grilles have been altered as well, with darker slats and chrome edging.
Powered by a 3.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine, the BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport can generate 380PS and 520 Nm of torque. The X7 xDrive40d M Sport, on the other hand, has a 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel engine that produces 340PS and a maximum torque of 700 Nm. Both engines are coupled to an 8-speed Steptronic gearbox, which uses BMW's xDrive all-wheel drive system to send power to all four wheels.
BMW has also revamped the X7's interior, adding a new selector lever and redesigned the instrument panel with narrow air vents. The X7 facelift also receives BMW's most recent curved infotainment screen, which includes a 14.9-inch touchscreen running the most recent iDrive 8 software and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The premium SUV's feature set includes an ambient light bar, automated temperature control with four zones, a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, and new ADAS technology.
The Mercedes Benz GLS, Audi Q7, and Volvo XC90 are a few other three-row luxury SUVs that the BMW X7 facelift competes against in India.
