2023 TVS MotoSoul 2.0: Highlights
TVS Motor Company recently concluded the TVS MotoSoul 2.0 motorcycling event. This two-day programme was organised in Vagator, Goa on 3 and 4 March, 2023. It hosted a bunch of motorcycling-related activities, live music performances, and talks, along with there were also a couple of important announcements.
The 2023 TVS MotoSoul 2.0 organised various activities, such as dirt track races, obstacle races, stunt shows, and slow races. There was also a Moto art booth and caricature. However, the highlight of the first day was four unique custom-made motorcycles based on the Ronin, namely the Agonda by JVB Moto, Wakizashi by Rajputana Customs, SCR by TVS, and Musashi by Smoked Garage. Apart from that, the brand revealed modified Ronin designed for flat-track racing. With this, TVS also announced its new Drift-R Cup championship.
On the second day of the 2023 TVS MotoSoul 2.0, the Hosur-based two-wheeler manufacturer announced its entry into the helmet Bluetooth intercom market with two all-new offerings, the SmartXonnect S10X and S20X. The former is priced at Rs 8,499, while the latter costs Rs 10,999. For this, TVS has partnered up with JBL.
The Bluetooth intercom pair features Ride Grid, which allows a rider to connect with 20 other riders and supports Google and Siri Assistant. The IP67-rated S10X and S20X also get dynamic volume control, and active noise cancellation, among others. Notably, the intercoms provide a claimed 16 hours of battery life.
The bike maker also announced the latest iteration of the TVS Connect app, the TVS Connect 2.0. With this, users will be able to book hotels, plan rides, create an itinerary, set up their profile, join different rides, share travelogue, and so forth. While its beta version will be available for early-bird access on 22 March, 2023, the new iteration of the app will be released in the Summer 2023.
Furthermore, TVS showcased its modified track-only versions of the RR 310 at the event alongside its on-sale two-wheelers, including the Apache line-up, all-electric i-Qube, Raider, and Ntorq. Meanwhile, motorcycle enthusiasts witnessed live performances of Lucky Ali, Pineapple Express, and Nucleya.
