2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift bookings open
Hyundai Motor India has opened bookings for the 2024 Alcazar facelift in India for a token amount of Rs 25,000. The updated SUV will arrive on 9 September. It will be available in six- or seven-seat layout options across four variants and nine distinct colours.
The Alcazar facelift takes inspiration from its siblings in design. The face uses Creta-like bumper and headlights but the H-shaped daytime running lights come from the Santa Fe and Exter. There are redesigned taillamps with a full-length light bar. It also gets a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels.
Hyundai will offer the refreshed Alcazar in Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature variants across nine paint schemes, including a new Robust Emerald Matte.
2024 Hyundai Alcazar: Interior & features
Although the details about the interior are scarce, we expect that to boast a revamp with updated features. It could come with two 10.25-inch displays, ventilated front seats, powered driver's seat, dual-zone temperature control, connected car tech, USB Type-C fast charging ports, leatherette upholstery, cooled glove box, drive modes, and reading lights.
Other features may include six airbags, ESP, VSM, ABS with EBD, brake assist, panoramic sunroof, electronic parking brake with auto hold, four-wheel discs, TPMS, auto-dimming IRVM, auto headlamps and wipers, telematics, voice assistant with local language support, Alexa compatibility, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, puddle lamps, LED headlamps, and Level 2 autonomy.
2024 Hyundai Alcazar: Engine specifications
Powering the 2024 Alcazar facelift will be the 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine with 160PS/253Nm and 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel motor with 116PS/250Nm. Transmission options include a six-speed manual, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, and six-speed automatic.
