2024 Hyundai Creta facelift variants and engine details revealed
The Hyundai Creta facelift is all-set for a launch on 16 January, 2024. The carmaker has also started bookings on Tuesday, 2 January. Now, the details about its variants, colours, and engine options have been revealed. It will be available in seven variants and seven paint schemes, including a dual-tone shade across three engines and a range of transmission choices. That being said, Hyundai recently named Deepika Padukone, Bollywood actor and producer, as its brand ambassador.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: Variants and coloursAs mentioned earlier, the upcoming Creta facelift will be available in seven paint options, starting from E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). Besides that, Hyundai will offer six single-tone and one dual-tone colour, such as Ranger Khaki, Fiery Red, Atlas White, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, and a new Robust Emerald Pearl along with a dual-tone Atlas White with a black roof.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: Engine and transmission
The Creta facelift will get a new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 160PS and 253Nm of torque and will continue with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor that makes 115PS and 143.8Nm of torque along with a 1.5-litre turbo diesel unit that delivers 116PS and 250Nm of torque. Transmission options are likely to include a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, a six-speed iMT, and a CVT automatic.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: FeaturesThe brand is expected to bestow the Creta facelift with several new features, such as Level 2 autonomy, six airbags as standard, new driver display and touchscreen infotainment system, multi-colour ambient lighting, telematics, updated connected car features, in-built voice assistant, and more. Other features could include ESC, traction control, multiple driving modes, a panoramic sunroof, an updated Bose sound system, air purifier, 360deg camera, USB Type-C ports, a wireless charging pad, ventilated seats, and powered front seats, among others.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: Prices
The prices of the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift could start from Rs 10.90-10.99 lakh and go up to Rs 20-21.50 lakh. Upon launch, it will take on the Kia Seltos facelift, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, and MG Astor.
