2024 Mahindra XUV700 launched; prices start at Rs 13.99 lakh
Mahindra launched the 2024 XUV700 in India today with prices starting at Rs. 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This model year update brings several exterior and interior changes to the SUV, along with a new paint job option. That being said, the carmaker has also opened bookings for the 2024 XUV700 at its dealerships across the country. Whereas, the demo vehicles will start arriving at the showrooms on 25 January.
2024 Mahindra XUV700: What is new?The updated XUV700 benefits from a new Napoli Black exterior colour, black alloy wheels, and black radiator grille. Also on offer is an exclusive dual-tone shade for the AX7 and AX7 L variants.
On the inside, the XUV700 now boasts ventilated front seats. Not only that, ORVMs will now be set to driver's preference as they are connected to the seat profiles setting. In addition, Mahindra offers captain seats in AX7 and AX7L variants, while there are dark chrome finishes on the air-con vents and central console. Further, the XUV700's Adrenox gets 83 connected car features, including 13 additions, namely Ecosense leaderboard, M lens, and toll diary, among others.
2024 Mahindra XUV700: Powertrain
Powering the 2024 XUV700 is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel motor with two different configurations. The petrol unit produces 200PS and 380Nm of torque. The diesel engine in the lower variants makes 155PS/360Nm, while one available with higher-spec variants delivers 185PS. The torque output is rated at 420Nm (with MT) and 450Nm (with AT). Both engines can be paired with a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmissions. Mahindra also offers an optional all-wheel drive system.
