2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 launched for Rs 8.89 lakh
The new 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 has been launched for Rs 8.89 lakh, ex-showroom, New Delhi. The updates have been made to the design elements and cycle parts, the engine remains unchanged.
The new updates include a USD fork for suspension duties upfront, new round TFT dash, three new colour shades, and all these updates have made the new Triumph Speed Twin 900 costlier by Rs 40,000 when compared to the outgoing model.
The 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 continues to draw power from a parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine mated to a five-speed gearbox that pushes 65 PS at 7,500 rpm and 80 Nm of peak torque at as low as 3,800 rpm. It runs of eight-spoke alloy wheels (18-inch front and 17-inch rear), suspension duties are done by 43-mm upside-down Marzocchi forks with 120 mm travel and rear section gets a preload adjustable dual-shock setup by Marzocchi with 116 mm travel. The braking duties are done by 320 mm single rotor for the front section and 255 mm fixed disc at the rear.
The seat height is now at 780 mm but can be reduced by 20 mm with the optional accessory. It also gets two riding modes - Road and Rain. Other mentions include traction control, cornering ABS, 12-litre tank, and a wheelbase of 1,435 mm. We can expect deliveries to commence from January 2025. The 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900 locks horns with likes of the Ducati Scrambler 800, Brixton Cromwell 1200, Triumph Trident 660 and Triumph Street Triple 765 to name a few.
