All-new Toyota Land Cruiser to debut at 2023 Auto Expo
Japanese automaker Toyota will showcase its new-generation flagship Land Cruiser at the upcoming Auto Expo this month. The Land Cruiser 300 uses a new platform, a fresh design, modern interior, and new features. Also, a pair of V6 engines are available across both petrol and diesel options.
Toyota Land Cruiser: Exterior and Platform
The Toyota Land Cruiser utilises TNGA-derived body-on-frame GA-F architecture, which has made it lighter by 200kg than its predecessor. The exterior highlights of the SUV include LED headlamps with L-shaped daytime driving lights, wide and split LED taillamps, and a large grille. It is available with a choice of different wheels, depending on the trim.

The fresh cabin features a 12-3-inch central information display, a 14-speaker JBL sound system, a heads-up display, heated and ventilated seats, a powered boot opening with gesture control, a panoramic sunroof, and a wireless charging pad.
Toyota Land Cruiser: Engine, Performance
Powering the Land Cruiser 300-Series are a 3.5-litre, twin-turbocharged V6 petrol engine generating 415PS and 650Nm of torque and a 3.3-litre bi-turbo V6 diesel unit that delivers 309PS and 700Nm of torque. A new Direct Shift ten-speed automatic transmission is standard across petrol and diesel engines.
Toyota Land Cruiser: Features
The SUV is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense - a suite of advanced driver assistance systems. Other features include adaptive variable suspension, four-zone temperature control, connected car technology, leather upholstery, 11-inch screens in the second row, a multi-terrain mode selector, a 3D multi-terrain monitor, and 10 airbags, among others.
