Chevrolet India launches Complete Care programme

Chevrolet India has rolled out a new Complete Care programme in order to enhance the ownership experience of its existing as well as potential customers in India. Carried out on a global scale, the programme offers the Chevrolet warranty, Chevrolet U-First (free pick up and drop off of Chevrolet cars that have to be serviced is available for female customers only) and low cost of maintenance, says Chevrolet. In addition, the company will also provide free 24x7 roadside assistance to current and future Chevrolet owners.

Speaking about the new initiative by the company, Arvind Saxena, president and managing director, General Motors India said, "Our customers here in India, just like others around the world, have high expectations. Our goal is to demonstrate to our customers that we truly care about them throughout their ownership experience. We want to establish complete trust to earn customers for life through Chevrolet Complete Care."

Chevrolet will also offer an additional warranty of 1.5 lakh km or three years that can be opted for by paying a small premium over the standard 1 lakh km/three-year warranty.

Chevrolet Complete Care will be available across all 257 Chevrolet service outlets across the nation.

Chevrolet Complete Care Takes Comprehensive Approach to Customer Experience
NEW DELHI â€" General Motors India today announced that it is taking a comprehensive approach to Customer Experience with Chevrolet Complete Care, seeking to deliver a consistently satisfying and truly valuable vehicle ownership experience for all new and existing customers. The global initiative is designed to demonstrate the Chevrolet brand's commitment to reliability, quality and value for money; re-affirming General Motors' long-term commitment to the Indian customers. Commenting on the global brand initiative, Arvind Saxena, President & Managing Director, General Motors India said, "Our customers here in India, just like others around the world, have high expectations. The Chevrolet Complete Care programme has various components including the industry-first Chevrolet Promise providing assured low cost of maintenance, Chevrolet Warranty, Chevrolet U-First and Free 24/7 Roadside Assistance. Elaborating on the unique Chevrolet Promise, Mr. Saxena said, "The Chevrolet Promise is industry first and remains unique by virtue of our commitment to refund any excess periodic or scheduled maintenance cost at the end of 3 years or up to 40,000 kilometers, whichever is earlier vis--vis the committed periodic maintenance cost to the customer at the time of sale of the car. The programme is applicable on Spark, Beat, Enjoy, Sail, Sail Hatchback and Cruze (3 years or 45,000 kms, whichever is earlier)." In addition to the standard best-in-class warranty of 1,00,000 kilometers/3 years, customers can also extend the total warranty of their vehicles up to 150,000 kilometers/5 years at a nominal cost under Chevrolet Warranty. Under the Chevrolet U-First initiative, women customers will be provided free pick up and drop off of their Chevrolet cars for service, by the Chevrolet Authorised Workshop. In addition, 24x7 Roadside Assistance Program is provided free for 3 years with all new purchases. GM India has also developed digital applications such as the Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool available on the Chevrolet India website, which helps calculate periodic service costs, and the MyChevroletIndia mobile application, which helps locate and contact the nearest authorized Chevrolet service station. All these packages further improve the overall ownership experience of Chevrolet vehicles under the Chevrolet Complete Care programme. In all, GM India operates 231 Chevrolet sales outlets and 257 service outlets throughout the country to cater to the requirements of its customers.
