Citroen Aircross Xplorer Edition launched in India
A new, limited-edition Xplorer Edition of the Citroen Aircross SUV has been introduced in India. This limited-edition model enhances the mid-spec Plus and top-spec Max trims with a variety of external and interior extras. The Standard Pack and Option Pack that are included with the special edition are priced at Rs 24,000 and Rs 51,700 more than the standard pricing, respectively.
Customers who choose the Standard Pack will receive decals on the back doors, khaki-colored inserts, and air vents on the bonnet. The interior of the Aircross Xplorer with the Standard Pack also has lighted door sills, ambient lighting for the footwells, and a dashcam. If you opt for the Option pack, you get every available on the Standard Pack plus a rear-seat entertainment with a dual-port adapter.
A 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch completely digital driver's display, automatic temperature control with rear air conditioning vents, steering-mounted audio controls, and six airbags as standard are among the Aircross's current features.
Powering the Citroen Aircross Xplorer Edition is a 1.2-litre, inline three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine producing 110PS and 205Nm of torque. This motor comes mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. There is also a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with 82PS but can only be had with a 5-speed manual.
Prices for the Aircross start from Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and prices rise all the way up to Rs 14.55 lakh (ex-showroom).
