Coronavirus impact: Suzuki launches the 'Suzuki at your Doorstep' service
Suzuki Motorcycle India has announced the launch of its 'Suzuki at your Doorstep' service and it caters to all requirements of customers regarding sales and service. The 'Suzuki at your doorstep' program will be integrated to the company's official website ad it will enable customers to buy, test-ride and opt for aftersales services at the click of a button. The program allows the customer to book a Suzuki two-wheeler through a toll-free number and also choosing the nearest dealership in case the customer wants to visit and see the product.
The program converts the purchase of a Suzuki two-wheeler into a 5-step process - Booking the desired product, selection of colours, selection of location and dealer, payment choice and lastly the time and date of delivery. Customers can book the product by paying a booking amount and full payment of the ex-showroom price. The payment can be done digitally and the invoice will be shared online. The program will soon provide easy online financing on online purchase of any vehicle. All service stations and dealerships are adhering to security protocols and social distancing to curb the spread of COVID-19 while they resume work in the post-lockdown world. Even test vehicles are properly sanitised before and after the service. Customers within 5km radius of the dealership can avail doorstep vehicle pick up and drop service or can visit the dealership with prior appointment.
