Hyundai Creta surpasses 10 lakh unit sales milestone in India
Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has achieved a significant milestone by selling 10 lakh units of the Creta in India since its introduction in 2015. It has also recorded 2.80 lakh units of export sales. Not to mention, the SUV had reached the five lakh unit sales mark in August 2020. Over the past eight years, the Hyundai Creta has been one of the best-selling compact SUVs in the country, with one Creta sold every 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the updated SUV has garnered over 60,000 bookings within one month of its launch.
The Creta facelift is equipped with a range of powertrains, including a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine (160PS/253Nm), a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit (115PS/143.8Nm), and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel motor (116PS/250Nm). Transmission options include a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, a CVT automatic, and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Hyundai Creta facelift: Colours and variants
The Creta facelift is available in seven variants: E, EX, S, S (O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O), with six single-tone and a dual-tone colour options, including Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, Atlas White, and a new Robust Emerald Pearl, along with Atlas White with a black roof.

In terms of features, the Hyundai Creta facelift boasts LED headlights, dual 10.25-inch screens, Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), six airbags, telematics, updated connected car features, multi-colour ambient lighting, an in-built voice assistant, ESC (Electronic Stability Control), traction control, multiple driving modes, USB Type-C ports, a panoramic sunroof, an updated Bose sound system, an air purifier, a 360-degree camera, powered front seats, a wireless charging pad, and ventilated seats.
