Hyundai Creta Dynamic Black Edition introduced in Indonesia
South Korean automaker Hyundai has introduced the new Creta Dynamic Black Edition in Indonesia with the catchy phrase 'those who love black, live colourful lives'. This special-edition version is based on the Creta facelift, which was unveiled at the 2021 GIIAS.
Hyundai Creta Dynamic Black Edition: Design
The Creta Dynamic Black Edition bears an all-black paint scheme for the exterior. From the signature parametric grille to alloy wheels, almost everything is black. It is to be noted that the Creta Dynamic Black Edition appears similar to the on-sale Creta Knight Edition. However, the pre-facelift India-spec model features red inserts on the outside.

The interior also carries the all-black theme but with contrasting touches in silver. Hyundai has given it all-black elements, such as the dashboard, centre console, and seats. Other features include a digital driver display, an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a leatherette upholstery, a wireless phone charging pad, and Bluelink-connected car features, among others. Notably, the Indonesia-spec Creta also comes with Hyundai Smart Sense âÂ" a suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Hyundai Creta Dynamic Black Edition: Powertrain
The Creta Dynamic Black Edition is powered by a 1.5-litre, inline-four petrol engine that generates 115PS and 144Nm of torque. This motor comes mated to a six-speed manual or CVT automatic transmission. Hyundai offers four driving modes: Eco, Comfort, Smart, and Sport.
Hyundai Creta facelift India launch
Hyundai is expected to launch the long-awaited Creta facelift in India in the coming months. The India-bound Creta facelift is likely to be powered by a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that will debut with the all-new Verna. Notably, the 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine that powered the on-sale Creta has already been delisted from the official website.
