2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: DesignThe Creta facelift for India differs from the Tucson-inspired style seen in the global version. Instead, it sports a more muscular front design that complements the Korean carmaker's 'Sensuous Sportiness' theme. The SUV's front end has been completely redesigned, with a new grille with a parametric jewel pattern, enhanced projector LED headlights, H-shaped LED DRLs, and a new bumper. New alloy wheel designs with 17- or 18-inch wheel options depending on the version are also new.
The rear profile of the 2024 Hyundai Creta has a large black insert running the length of the back, new LED headlights, and, of course, a connected LED tail bar on the tailgate. Among the other improvements made to the car with this facelift are the 3D Hyundai logo, vertically-stacked reflectors, a redesigned spoiler with a high-mounted stop light, and a revamped number plate recess.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: Variants and ColoursAs mentioned earlier, the Creta facelift will be available in seven different variant options, starting from E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). Besides that, Hyundai will offer six single-tone and one dual-tone colour, such as Ranger Khaki, Fiery Red, Atlas White, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, and a new Robust Emerald Pearl along with a dual-tone Atlas White with a black roof.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: PowertrainThe Creta facelift gets the new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 160PS and 253Nm of torque and will continue with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor that makes 115PS and 143.8Nm of torque along with a 1.5-litre turbo diesel unit that delivers 116PS and 250Nm of torque. Transmission options are likely to include a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, a six-speed iMT, and a CVT automatic.
2024 Hyundai Creta facelift: Interior and FeaturesHyundai has fully redesigned the SUV's interior, including an all-new dashboard and dual 10.25-inch linked infotainment screens. This is the same device as is found on the Kia Seltos, however, it has greater functionality and a better user experience. A new gloss black trim on the passenger side of the dashboard, which houses the passenger AC vent, is another standout. The central air conditioning vents have also been moved, and there is now a thin horizontal band that runs to the driver's side AC vent.
The Creta facelift has several new features, such as Level 2 autonomy, six airbags as standard, multi-colour ambient lighting, telematics, updated connected car features, an in-built voice assistant, and more. Other features could include ESC, traction control, multiple driving modes, a panoramic sunroof, an updated Bose sound system, an air purifier, a 360-degree camera, USB Type-C ports, a wireless charging pad, ventilated seats and powered front seats, among others.
