Hyundai Creta receives 1 lakh bookings; high demand for sunroof variants
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has revealed that the Creta facelift has received over one lakh bookings. The SUV has achieved this milestone within just three months of its launch. Its sunroof variants are in high demand, accounting for 71 per cent of the overall bookings, whereas the connected tech variants contribute to 52 per cent of total reservations. Meanwhile, the refreshed SUV had achieved 51,000 bookings milestone in India within just a month of its booking commencement.
The updated Creta comes in seven variants: E, EX, S, S (O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). Additionally, Hyundai offers it in six single- and one dual-tone colour options, namely Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Titan Grey, Atlas White, and a new Robust Emerald Pearl along with Atlas White with a black roof.
Hyundai Creta facelift: Engine specificationsPowering the Creta facelift is a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 160PS and 253Nm, a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor that makes 115PS and 143.8Nm, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine generating 116PS and 250Nm. Transmission options include a six-speed manual, a six-speed automatic, a CVT automatic, and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The facelift has brought numerous features to the SUV, such as new 18-inch alloy wheels, dual 10.25-inch screens, Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, telematics, updated connected car tech, multi-colour ambient lighting, an in-built voice assistant, ESC, traction control, multiple driving modes, USB Type-C ports, a panoramic sunroof, an updated Bose sound system, an air purifier, a 360deg camera, powered front seats, a wireless charging pad, and ventilated seats, among others.
